• Product Catalog: We make every effort to display accurate specifications and pricing for all listed inventory. • Load Estimations: Estimates generated by our interactive Load Sizing Calculator are for recommendation purposes. A professional physical site audit by our engineers is highly recommended before purchasing heavy-duty setups.

• Payment Terms: Orders are processed upon successful payment verification. • Delivery: We deliver and install products to addresses within Lagos and other supported regions. Delivery timelines provided during checkout are estimates.

• Product Returns: Unopened and undamaged physical items (such as gate motors or solar components) can be returned within 7 business days of delivery. Returns are subject to a restocking fee. • Service Cancellations: Scheduled engineering installation appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Completed installation services are non-refundable.

Before our technical team arrives on-site to install inverters, solar panels, gate automation, or CCTV surveillance: • The client must ensure safe, clear access to the property and installation areas. • The client is responsible for obtaining any required homeowner association, landlord, or municipal authorizations. • Standard power source supply must be available for testing equipment during configuration.

SKEAM Technologies is not liable for damages resulting from user misuse of solar battery systems, overloading inverters beyond recommended wattages, or unauthorized modifications to gate motors or surveillance systems by non-SKEAM personnel.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
